Muscle Therapy
Muscle therapy is essential to any fitness program to maximize personal performance, detoxification and muscular integrity.
Sports massage, guided foam rolling and more.
Why is muscle therapy important?
Our muscles are like sponges. They absorb nutrients such as protein and carbohydrates so that you can move around daily & repair after a workout. They can also hold build up of acidic byproducts produced by the body during the muscle repair process.
While exercise improves circulation to the muscles, strengthens the tissues ability to pump out toxins and waste material; there is a true need for passive and assisted manipulation of the muscle.
Passive muscle manipulation is any form of muscle therapy where your muscle is mainly at rest. This allows to either draw up stagnation out of the muscle or press down into the fibers so that they can detoxify and realign properly.
