    Do you have your own reformer or access to one? We bring the instruction to you so you can make the most of your equipment.

    We also provide private mat pilates classes semi private and group classes upon request.

  • Yoga

    We offer a variety of styles of yoga that can be taught as private sessions or incorporated into your trining program. We also offer semi-private and group upon request.

  • Sports Improvement Training

    Sports specific training can look as simple as 3 sessions with one of our experts to improve your personal performance. In our program design method we use 3 sessions to evaluate, design and teach your written program to you. *Your custom workout can also be provided in video format. Programs generally range from 6 -12 weeks.
